Oakridge Villas Kerikeri
The Ezra Bell Construction team have been working in Kerikeri since the end of February 2017 erecting what was to be a 35 unit extension of the Oakridge Villas Retirement Village. This project has expanded to a 200 villa development, worked in stages over several years and once completed, a care center based on a unique ‘Attitude of Living Well’ care model and community facilities.
School Classroom Addition
A recent job for the Ministry of Education to extend a school classroom to match the existing building. Completed within a strict time frame and to our usual high standard for longevity and durability of a commercial building expected to be subjected to hard wear and tear over many years.

Constructed a link with multi-level sloping floor for wheelchairs to connect the new maternity ward with the existing hospital using a new product called Express Clad.
